Show & Tell

Four members had carvings to show at the meeting. First, Jon displayed a woodburning of a dahlia along with two books on painting. The dahlia is painted with a graded wash of water colors. Jon also had a spoon which he carved from a blank that Dedee gave him.

Butch carved a small snowman. He carved the hat separately and glued in on and used wire for the arms.

Meredith displayed a woodburning which is a work in progress. She is not sure what kind of wood it is but felt that an owl was prefect for the wood.

Lastly, Dedee sent pictures of mushroom people that she carved in absentia.
